Privacy Policy

This website belongs to Dr. Noha ElKhouly's RTT practice (Exit 14 Mall, Sheikh Zayed, Egypt) and is run on her behalf by ASPIRED. It explains what we collect and how we use it, in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.

We do not keep health information. Your answers to the screening questions stay on your device; they are never sent to us or stored.

What we collect

• When you book: your name, WhatsApp number, age, how you heard about Dr. Noha, clinic or online, the time you chose, and your package.
• The screenshot of your payment transfer.
• If you arrived from an ad: the campaign name from the link, kept on your device until you book.
• If you upload a written approval from your doctor: that file, so Dr. Noha's team can review it before your session. It is stored privately and deleted as soon as it has been reviewed.

How we use it

To confirm your booking and contact you about it, to verify your payment, and to see which ads bring people who actually book (as counts, not as information about you).

Who sees it

Only Dr. Noha's team and ASPIRED, each with a personal account limited to their work. Data is stored with Cloudflare; appointments are recorded in Dr. Noha's Google Calendar. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Google user data

With Dr. Noha's permission, this website connects to her Google Calendar. It reads only free/busy times (no event details) to show available slots, and adds new bookings to her calendar. Data received from Google APIs is used only for this purpose and is not shared, sold or used for advertising. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and your rights

We keep your data as long as it is needed for your booking and the practice's accounts. You may ask to see, correct or delete it, or object to its use, by contacting Dr. Noha's team on Instagram @drnoha.rtt.

Cookies

The site stores your language choice and, if you came from an ad, the campaign name on your device. There are no advertising trackers on the site at the moment; if that changes, this page will be updated.
