For a long time I have struggled with generally feeling unsafe in life and not trusting myself, although the outside evidence and the life I have created may be considered succesful, confident and settled. After meeting Noha and feeling that I could trust her with my deepest pain, I have had a powerful session with her that has set me on the path of letting go of those old fears and insecurities.
Throughout the sesison Noha was very much in tune with my specific needs for safety and for being heard. I felt guided, I felt held, I felt heard. I was given time, space and tools to gently tap into the inner stories and hurtful memories from the past that I was holding on to until my adult life, and more importantly - I was given tools to release all that negativity from my mind, my body and my heart.
The session was very intense and transformative, and exactly what I needed. I started feeling its wonderful effects in my life almost imemdiately, and any remaining wobbles or fears that I may slip into the old ways are being slowly erased as I listen to the personalised recording that Noha made for me. In it, I am reminded of everything good that the sesison had uncovered about my power and my worth. Thank you Noha, for creating caring, present and safe space to help me reconnect with myself.

The session is such a wonderful experience. And I really felt safe and in control all the time. It was very nice being in a very relaxed state and listening to her. What I enjoyed most was her interaction and suggestions to meet my exact and precise requirements.
She not only gave me my power back and confidence, she so kindly even thought of my thyroid issue. So, she made a session complete with releasing my stress, on my body level and my mind level.
Honestly, how extraordinary! I am really impressed by all her talk and all her techniques., so easy for me to follow and understand.
Noha has made me aware that by changing the meaning and interpretation of my past, as well as seeing sleep as a way to feel full of vitality and energized, instead of an escape when I am under stress… A click has occurred in my mind, even though I don’t know what it is exactly. What I know for sure, is that I feel now amazingly peaceful, rested, happy and grounded, powerfully free and liberated from old patterns and beliefs that were creating blocks in my everyday life, causing exhaustion and physical pain. As she says, understanding is power. I would totally agree with her point of view.
